Credit Card Info Via SMS

You can now get your Citibank credit card info via SMS text.

If you're in the Philippines, you can use your SMART, Globe, or even Sun Cellular cell phone and find out your Citibank credit card balance, amount due, and when you have to pay your bill by simply sending any of the following commands via SMS text to 2201:

CITI [space] BAL [space] Last8DigitsOfYourCC
(To get your card's available balance)

CITI [space] BILL [space] Last8DigitsOfYourCC
(To check your Citi Card's payment due date, minimum amount due, and total amount due)

This service is brought to you by Citi Mobile, and is available only to Primary credit cardholders. It further assumes you will use the cellphone number that is listed in the cardholder's records at Citibank Philippines.

You phone will be charged P2.50/text (for Globe and SMART) or P2.00/text (for Sun Cellular).
