I wish Ayala Land would help those searching for Nuvali Evoliving.
True, there's a site at NuvaliEvoliving.com, but after you visit that beautiful, flash-powered site, you'll end up craving for more information.
For example, it would be great if the Nuvali site will provide costing information (with estimates of monthly amortization and other fees), sample layouts, more photos of model house units, and timetables.
At present, most of the Nuvali information available online consists mostly of the explanation of the evoliving concept. Or perhaps it's just too early for more info? Then again, with launches slated for October 2007, I'm hoping the property consultants will be able to post more info online.
Will the Philippine real estate market grow with the help of the internet? That remains to be seen. In an industry whose online presence consists mostly of real estate ads, building a real estate blog can be quite challenging.
Afterall, when you're preselling a project, what can you say? How can a blogger inject his or her own personality in a post or entry about Nuvali, for example? There has been no actual experience living in such a community, right?
I'm looking forward to seeing Filipino bloggers come up with more creative ways of marketing all these condominium and house and lot projects online. Perhaps with the Nuvali Evoliving residential hub, and the increasing number of Pinoy bloggers writing about it, we'll soon see the power of Philippine real estate blogging.
Keep your eyes peeled for interesting developments for Nuvali Evoliving! :-)
