Manhattan Garden City

The Manhattan Garden City is an 8,500-unit Philippine real estate project housed in 20 residential condominium towers at the Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City.

The estimated turnover date is August 2011, and you can view the model units at the third floor of the Gateway Mall in Cubao.

What makes the Manhattan Garden City at the Araneta Center unique is that the residents will have easy access to the LRT2 and the MRT3, thus conveniently connecting them to places north, south, east and west of Metro Manila.

They call themselves the country's first transit-oriented development, although I think Soho Central's design is already transit-oriented since it is located in Crossing (Shaw Blvd / EDSA).
