Manhattan Garden City Updates - July 2008

Manhattan Garden City, a series of condo towers in Cubao, Quezon City provides July 2008 updates.

The turnover date still stands sometime August 2011, what with the encouraging performance -- Manhattan Parkview Towers 1 and 2 are sold out, and they are now pre-selling Tower 3.

Prices have gone up this July 2008, following increased demand (since more people realize that with the rising cost of gas, having their children living in a central location that makes it easy to rapidly commute to various high schools and universities in Manila and Quezon City helps save a lot of money).

UPDATE: Joyz has updated the prices, so please see the Manhattan Garden City August 2008 Updates. I hear that prices are going up again in September, so those who got their units earlier are already seeing an appreciation in the value of their Cubao, Quezon City condo.

(Personally, I find the above rates of Ms. Joyz Silvera low, compared with other MGC sales consultants who, for example, are quoting a price range of P5.4 million to P6.3 million for the 2-bedroom unit. In fact, a June 2008 Update of MGC shows a P5.1 million price tag for the 2BR unit.
