Funchain and Disappearing PostsThat's probably what beta means: disappearing posts in Funchain. Funchain is like Blogspot; you can create your own blogs for free. The difference is, the person behind it is a Pinoy: Jason Banico. It's in beta release, though, which means some things can still happen. My March entries, for example, are no longer there. I wonder why they got deleted. Those entries tested the capability of Funchain to accommodate videobloggers and podcasters. That's the risk of using beta releases. You could end up losing your data and the time spent posting online. Just the same, if you want to try out Funchain, go ahead and give it a whirl. Just remember the possibility of blog entry loss. I hope Davao City Councilor Peter Lavina is more successful with his blog entries. I notice his March posts are there. Previous Entry Secondthoughts Index Next Entry
