Free Streaming Audio Recorder
Yes, there's a free recording software that allows you to capture streaming audio.
This means you can do a podcast of a live "phone" interview even if you're both using Skype. As long as the sound passes through your computer (whether via the external speaker or through your headphones), Roemersoftware's Free Hi-Q Recorder can do the job. And this works on Windows.
