Collectible: Philippine Arrovo BillsA printing error on some Philippine 100 peso bills shows "Arrovo" instead of "Arroyo." This afternoon, I paid for some snacks in a store and a woman-friend of the cashier picked up my P100 bill and asked if it was an Arrovo bill. She added that it is being sold for P1,000. You're kidding, right? No, I'm not. P1,000! I checked eBay and saw that you can get P100 Arrovo bills at an average cost of only P106 per collectible. I should've gotten that woman's contact number so I can sell her Arrovo bills at a "bargain" price of only P300. ;-) As for my single Arrovo bill, I'll just keep it as a collectible. Perhaps one day I can show it to my grandchildren.
