Cold Rock Ice Cream At The Fort
You don't have to travel all the way to Australia to enjoy Cold Rock Ice Cream. Just go to The Fort Strip (Fort Bonifacio Global City).
They have several kinds of ice cream which you can mix and mash with a bewildering array of toppings. Since I didn't want the flavors to clash, I chose the Aussie vanilla for my ice cream.
I was about to choose Oreos as a mixed topping, but I saw the elusive Cherrie Ripe (Cadbury). I've been wanting to eat Cherrie Ripe for the longest time.
To keep the ice cream from melting while the other ingredients are being mixed in, the people at Cold Rock place your frozen treat on an arctic cold slab of granite. Every now and then, they scrape away the ice that forms on its surface. Yes, it's that cold!

I just ordered the Kiddie Cup (P99). Toppings cost around P25.
I met the friendly Store Manager, Ms Michelle Caņada (rightmost in the photo below) and her energetic crew. If you look carefully, you'll spot a couple of celebrity look-alikes. :-)
