See's Candies

We bought some See's chocolates to bring home to family and friends in Manila. When we go on a trip, we try to purchase items that are not readily available back home so our pasalubongs will be more memorable.

It is always a pleasure to visit the predominantly white See's Candies outlets. Staff are always helpful and friendly and will most often offer you a sample or two. =)

At the See's store, you can buy your chocolates by the piece or in 1 pound-, 2 pound-, 3 pound- or 5 pound-boxes and it is always a joy to choose from their assortment of sweets -- from dark chocolate with nuts, dark chocolate without nuts, truffles, white chocolate, milk chocolate with nuts, milk chocolate without nuts, as well as miscellaneous pieces. A 1-pound box is usually made of 20-24 pieces. You can also choose from their ready made boxes (e.g. nuts and chews, dark chocolate) or you can put together your box yourself.

You can order your chocolates by mail order by calling 1-800-347-7337. You can also shop online at www.sees.com.

Aside from chocolates, See's Candies also offers items like peanut brittle, toffee-ettes, almond royal, victoria toffee, gourmet lollypops, among others. They also have party favors and chocolates in gift bags that you can give away during special occasions like birthdays, weddings, and baptisms.

Father's Day will likewise be coming up soon. You may pick up some chocolates and sweets for dear old dad. Prior to Father's Day, you may want to check out the nearest See's Candies shop and you may get a flyer (like the one that we got) which will allow you to receive a FREE Awesome Bar for a purchase of USD 10 or more.

So what are you waiting for? Every time is a special occasion for See's Candies.
