Soho Central and South of Market

We interrupt the Kuala Lumpur series briefly and address this entry to individuals (Filipinos based domestically or even abroad) who may be on the look-out for condominums to invest in. Two projects, offered in the market right now are Soho Central (located in the Shaw Boulevard area) and South of Market (located at Fort Bonifacio). The projects are being undertaken by the same team which did Essensa in Fort Bonifacio.

Soho Central is located in a highly accessible area. It will have direct connections to the MRT and also to Shangri-la Plaza mall. Amenities include: a commercial area in the first few floors, meditation gardens, a gym/spa, lap pool, among others. They offer one bedroom deluxe, one bedroom suites, two bedroom deluxe, and two bedroom suites. Units can be combined for a bigger space. The project will be completed by October 2009.

South of Market, on the other hand, will be fully fitted, fully furnished. All you have to do when you buy a unit is move in. This is perfect for people who would like to rent their units out eventually.
