Crawling Out from Under a Meteoric Block

At least before someone decided to cash in by selling bogus Meteor Garden lots, I finally caught sight of F4. Imagine that. While the whole metropolis is all agog about F4 (and that other group, 5566 or something like that although they don't seem as hot), I had no idea what they looked or sounded like.

I saw an MTV of theirs recently (last weekend to be exact) and all I can say is that Van Ness (is the name correct?) can give Saruman in Lord of the Rings a run for his money in bagging that next shampoo commercial.

First there were the telenovelas. Then now, the chinovelas. I read about it somewhere but ABS-CBN is right in thinking of exporting our very own drama shows and teleseryes to other countries as well. Let our pinoyvelas conquer the world! If F4 can catch the Pinoy's fancy, I'm sure Juday, Claudine, Piolo, or the like can wreak havoc across the miles too. Throw in the Sexbomb girls with their Spaghetti Song too...Whatever.

Anyway, I hope to be posting more entries in the days to come. As you may have noticed, I haven't been writing regularly - owing to work and one big writer's block. I just haven't felt like writing - even if I have something to write about. The hubby says though - just write. And so we'll see in the coming weekdays. Happy weekend.
