Game Ka Na Ba?

The maternity leave is over. The 78 days zipped by so fast that now I suddenly wonder where they went.

I'll probably need a few days to get into the right frame of mind. Suddenly, having another kid seems more appealing (*thud* - that was my husband falling off his chair as he reads this) if only for the chance to stay home for 2 months. I guess that's the only way I can get away from the office that long.

Anyway, I was talking to my son yesterday, reminding him that today, I was going back to work. Looking into my eyes, he then sweetly said: "I'll miss you, Mommy." I knew then at that time that I would have enough energy to get me to the office...

Oh well. The maternity leave was good while it lasted. That we never ever take a leave from mothering though is the best.
