Real Estate Brokers Exam Review Seminar 2011

People preparing for the PRC's March 2012 Real Estate Brokers' Licensure Exams can now enroll in a 60-hour Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES) starting September 2011.

The actual requirement for the Real Estate Brokers' Exam is 120 units of real estate subjects. This means that if you attend the 60-hour CRES in September 2011, you will need to find a way to earn the balance of 60 hours.

You can do this by gaining real estate brokerage experience with a licensed real estate broker, or with a real estate property developer. Alternatively, you can also attend the next batch of the CRES and earn another 60 hours.

For the 60-hour CRES, budget around P10,000 (net of taxes). These real estate brokers exam review classes are usually held from Fridays to to Sundays, from 8am to 7pm in Makati.

What does your P10,000 (net of taxes) give you: Review materials, meals, notarized certificate of attendance (which you need to present to the PRC before you may apply for the Real Estate Brokers' Examination Permit), and a mock exam.

There's a CRES that will be held on September 30, October 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9, 2011. The slots are quite limited, so if you're interested, please email us right away. Thanks!
