Holy Week Pasyon Online

Finally, the traditional Holy Week prayer or Pasyon is online.

And Filipinos from all over the world can join the nation in praying during the Semana Santa.

We're not talking about a written prayer that you will simply read online. We're talking about audio mp3 files that you can listen to via streaming audio.

Thanks also to the support and assistance of Radio Veritas, the Pasyon (complete with sung prayers and guitar accompaniment), brings you 20 hours of streaming audio online.

Various online news sources call this the "Epic Philippine Prayer Online", but some of the more popular news websites only list the URL, without directly linking to the Visita Iglesia site. I wonder why they apparently seem to hold themselves back from making things easier for Catholic Filipinos.

We appreciate the Lenten Presentation of the CBCP Media Office. We'll go look for the text version of the Pasyon, so that we can try praying along with the online audio recording.
