Real Estate Seminar and Review

A lot of people are attending the Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar and Review, or CRESR (or CRESAR).

That's because there's a surge of interest in how to become a licensed real estate broker in the Philippines. People are willing to undergo a training seminar (24 hour course) this year, because they don't want to be caught by the upcoming requirement of a full-blown four-year college course.

In the present short review, we can't help but feel the pressure because we are cramming for the May 31, 2009 Real Estate Brokers' Licensure Examination. So we'll think of different ways to prepare for this.

One way of cementing the knowledge gained in the review seminar is to re-write your notes. While reading does help, writing things down helps even more. Given the ease of web publishing, I figured it would be useful to place these review notes online.

And so I bring you the Real Estate Seminar and Review blog over at http://www.RealEstateSeminarAndReview.com

Have fun and good luck when you take the exam! Before you know it, you'll be a licensed real estate broker ready to leave your mark in the Philippine real estate scene.
