Mobile Podcasting with TreemoWant to do podcasting with a cell phone? Try Treemo.com You can use the sound recorder of your cell phone, or compose your voice message, then send it to a special Treemo email address. You can also embed your Treemo channel in your blog or web site, so your visitors can hear what you have to say from the field: If you wish, you can embed your Treemo channel in your homepage or even in the sidebar, so that your regular visitors can know what's up where you're at, even if you don't have any recent blog posts. You simply speak into your phone, send the message via MMS to an email address, and your embedded Treemo channel gets updated in a couple of minutes. Think of the many possibilities: you can make a quick audio clip about the traffic situation in so-and-so place at such-and-such time. You can even be an average-person-on-the-street radio announcer, right? Think instant right-up-there interviews. Think mobile podcasting. Here's an example of my Treemo channel: It comes with its own RSS feed, which you can then use with Feedburner.com, thus making it easier for people using iTunes to automatically download your podcast to their iPods or even iPhones. Isn't it time you try mobile podcasting today? Previous Entry Secondthoughts Index Next Entry Manuel@Viloria.net Copyright © 1996 - 2009 by Viloria.com All Rights Reserved.
