Convert YouTube Videos

You probably want to convert YouTube videos so that you can watch them anytime, anywhere.

Afterall, there's no guarantee that YouTube will be online all the time. Or that your internet connection will be available all the time.

So what happens when you find a YT video that you like to view more than once? Wouldn't it be great to store that video in your computer or even your iPod? That way, no matter where you are, you can view your favorite YouTube videos as many times as you want.

In an earlier post about how to Download YouTube Videos, you've read that these YT vids are usually downloaded as FLV files.

It's not that easy nor straightforward, because you'll need to find an FLV player. Hassle, right?

Fortunately, there's an online FLV converter over at Vixy.net which allows you to simply type in the URL address of a YouTube video, and then automatically convert the FLV version into AVI for Windows, MOV for Mac, MP4 for iPod/PSP, 3GP for Mobile, or simple MP3 (when you're just in the mood for easy listening).

There are tons of tutorials out there in YouTube, and these will be worth watching when you're away from the computer.

So try Vixy.net today and see how you can liberate yourself from the confines of your computer room or cubicle, and bring a piece of the online video world wherever you go.

(In the future, I'll compare Vixy with ConvertDirect.com and see which one produces better-looking videos. ConvertDirect does have a convert-to-WMV option, though, so that will help save on download time.)
