Nuvali Avida Settings

More people have been writing about Nuvali Evoliving.

And just when I was despairing over not finding much hard data on the web, I discover the following about Ayala Land's Nuvali Evoliving project in Canlubang. Or more specifically, about the Avida Settings (affordable housing) portion of Nuvali.

Although I've seen prices of P9,000 to P9,500 per sq meter, some property consultants have been talking about as low as P8,000 per square meter. No wonder pre-selling activities have been quite brisk.

The formal launch of Nuvali Settings is slated (or so I heard) for October 24, 2007. They still don't have names for the packages which come with the following floor areas:

50 sq m (Lot area of 120 sq m)
65 sq m (LA of 135 sq m)
81 sq m (LA of 155 sq m)

The house-and-lot selling price ranges from P2.5 million to P3.0 million.

So, is Nuvali Evoliving the next best place to live in? Stay tuned for more exciting news in October.
