Paella Armando

Have you ever tasted the best paella in California?

I enjoyed a wonderful paella dinner in early May, courtesy of Filipino Chef Mandy! (He's my brother-in-law, but this post is definitely not biased.)

Mandy popped his creation into the oven, drove us to the SFO airport so we could check our luggage in early, and then rushed back to the house to enjoy "Paella Armando."

I knew it. I shouldn't have posted this entry. Now I'm hungry again for more paella.

(While some people pronounce it as pa-EH-ya, here in the Philippines we say pa-EL-ya.)
