The Third Evening of poetry will be held at Bahandi (Nakpil corner Agoncillo Streets in Malate, Manila), behind the Philippine Women's University, at 7:00 in the evening. Bring poems about the rain.

Tumutulo is the Tagalog word for "dripping", while tumutula means "reading/reciting poetry."

Here are some tips from How To Read a Poem Out Loud by former Poet Laureate Billy Collins:

  1. Read slowly.
  2. Read in a relaxed, normal manner.
  3. Pause where there is a punctuation mark, not at the end of every line.
  4. Get your pronunciation right; use a dictionary.
