Allergy Signs In Children

Does your child simply have a cold, or is she allergic to something? Here are allergy signs in children to be on the lookout for.

1. Shiners. These are dark areas under your children's eyes. It looks as if they hardly get any sleep. When certain allergens attack your child's body, stress is created. That stress, in turn, creates dark circles under the eyes of your children.

2. Cold and clammy feet. Are your children's feet sweaty? It might be that their liver is working overtime, perhaps due to an allergen attack. Since the liver is the main detoxifying organ of our bodies, an overworked liver means we are unable to cleanse our bodies.

More toxins further tax and stress the body, making it some kind of vicious cycle.

The next time you look at your child, don't just dismiss their eyebags as the product of over-studying. Check if they are allergic to something.
