Yahoo Messenger and Sun CellularHere are some things to consider when using Sun Cellular and Yahoo Messenger. If you log into Yahoo Messenger and chat with your friend who's connected via iMessenger, all your typed messages will reach him/her except those which begin with "I'd like to call you, but you're using an older version" If you attempt to (PC-to-PC voice) call your Sun Cellular-connected friend using Yahoo Messenger, you will be informed that it is not possible. Yahoo will also attempt to send a message to your Sun friend about getting the new version of YM, but your friend will not receive the message. (That's what we experienced today.) At any rate, you can YM-chat for free with your Sun Cellular friends. You save because YM won't charge you. On the side of your Sun-friend, they'll only spend P20 a day (or P100 a week) for unlimited IM via sms text. Check out www.sim.ph today! Previous Entry Secondthoughts Index Next Entry
