Philippine Call CentersWorking in a call center can be just like one hilarious showbiz performance. Jessica Zafra writes about the decline in the English language skills of Filipinos, and invites readers to share their Philippine call center stories. From the looks of it, we Filipinos are not getting better when it comes to speaking English. Perhaps it's the lack of skilled and good teachers, or the lack of parental guidance and participation, or even something in us that makes us allergic to studying hard. The shared comments also give examples of other English bloopers, some made by other nationalities. At any rate, it's an interesting and eye-opening look into the lives of Philippine call center agents. Previous Entry Secondthoughts Index Next Entry
