Hot Loops Donuts opened its first branch in the Lower Atrium of the new Robinsons Place Pioneer, and also has an outlet in the fourth level of Robinsons Galleria. These donuts are available 24x7 in 125 Ministop stores in Metro Manila. You'll also find these treats in Robinsons Supermarkets in Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Place Ermita, Robinsons Commonwealth, Robinsons Congressional and Big R Metro East.

Hot Loops Donuts has a wide array of flavors: Choco Lickety, Strawberry Good, Glazy Days, Strawberry Filled Forever, Bavarian Dream, Peanut Better, Caramelt-in-your-Mouth, Choco Caramel Crunch, Choco Nutty Rush, Javalicious, White Choco Fantasy, and the innovative Soda Pop donuts ("an exciting fusion of soda flavors and donut taste").

How To Get a Hot Loops Dealership

Step 1. Send your Letter of Intent along with your proposed location.

Step 2. The Hot Loops Business Development Group (HLBDG) will present the complete business plan/package.

Step 3. Submit a market study with the pedestrian foot traffic count for your proposed location.

Step 4. The HLBDG will conduct market verification and site inspection.

Step 5. Review the dealership contract.

Step 6. Sign the contract and pay the joining fee.

Step 7. Undergo training and apply for the necessary permits.

Step 8. Open your very own Hot Loops stores.

Who chooses the store location? What is the suitable location for a Hot Loops outlet?
The dealer is responsibe for finding the suitable location subject to Hot Loops' approval. Suggested store locations include bus terminals, public markets, shopping malls, office buildings, schools, churches, hospitals, etc.

Does Hot Loops grant area exclusivity?
Hot Loops does not grant area exclusivity.

What is the minimum space requirement for a Hot Loops store site?
The space requirement differs for each type of package: 5 sqm. for the kiosk, and 40 sqm for the store.

Are there royalty fees?
There are absolutely no royalty fees.

What training do I get?
To ensure the success of operating a Hot Loops store, the dealer and his/her crew will undergo training on the following: a general company orientation, Hot Loops product offerings, policies and procedures in the Hot Loops system, and customer service.

Who will hire my store crew?
The dealer directly hires all the necessary store crew.

Do I get marketing support during the opening?
Hot Loops provides a package consisting of all the necessary marketing collaterals for a successful store opening. A list will be provided as soon as the dealer agreement is signed. A pre-opening checklist is provided as guidance for preparation.

Where can I buy my equipment and suppiles?
Hot Loops has accredited suppliers for all equipment, donuts and supplies in the store.
