If you want to learn how to dive, budget around P10,000 for an open water course. Invest in basic diving equipment. The wet suit can cost anywhere from P15,000 to P100,000.

Prepare to spend time: 12.5 hours on lectures, lessons in the swimming pool, and four actual dives at sea. If you go to Anilao, budget around P3,000 for your accommodations.
