Holy Week Holidays

Some days in the Philippines have been declared as holidays in observance of Holy Week.

March 24 and 25 (Thursday / Friday) have been declared as regular holidays, and March 26 (Saturday) a special non-working holiday by virtue of Malacañang Republic Act No. 9177 and Proclamation Act No. 808 in observance of Holy Week.

(I hope that helps answer the questions of some readers who wonder about regular or non-working holidays.)
