Dealing With StressParents and students got stressed out today because of EDSA traffic. A number of schoolbuses could not get to their students on time, so some parents ended up driving their kids to school. That meant more stress for the parents because they, too, found themselves stuck in traffic. Here are some tips to help you deal with stress: 1. Breathe slowly. Do the 4-7-8 technique where you inhale for a count of 4, hold it in for a count of 7, then exhale slowly for a count of 8. 2. Close your eyes. Something you shouldn't do while driving, of course.
