Delays In Citibank Credit Card Statements
Have you ever experienced delays in receiving your Citibank credit card Statement of Account?[an error occurred while processing this directive]
My March 2006 statement has not yet arrived. I called Citibank last April 11, and they said they will generate another statement. Called again a couple of days later to ask about the first/original statement, and they said they will generate a 3rd statement.
Today, I got a letter from Citibank inviting me to use the PayLite service. The letter was mailed last April 17.
I called them up and asked them about the statements that they said were mailed last March and last April 12. They will investigate and give me feedback at the end of April.
I verified: You mean it takes 30 days to find out what the matter is with the postal service?
Yes, confirmed the Citibank Customer Service agent.
They suggested I try online or electronic banking, so that I may print a statement that looks like the original credit card statement of account.
So I tried it. But since I didn't have the needed password/PIN, I had to call Customer Service again.
They said they will mail the PIN to me.
Have your Citibank credit card statements taken too long to reach you? Did some of them not reach you at all here in the Philippines?
