Here are Tagalog words related to dieting and losing weight.
Kailangan kong mag-dieta / mag-jeta - I need to diet.
Masikip na ang damit ko. - My clothes now feel tight.
masikip - tight
damit - clothes
Kakain na lang ako… - I’ll just eat…
…ng Magic Flakes. - some Magic Flakes (crackers).
Anlaki na ng braso ko. - My arms are big.
Anliit na ng braso ko. - My arms have become slimmer.
Kumain tayo. - Let’s eat.
Pampabata - Something that makes you younger or more youthful.
Pampataba - Something that makes you gain weight.
Iwas muna ako sa chicharon. - I’ll avoid pork rinds for now.

Nice podcast you have here!
I just have to comment though. Pampabata is an idiomatic expression that refer to foods that are rich in cholesterol (e.g., pork), which when you eat too much, will make you die young. Thus, it won’t make you grow old anymore, instead it will make you die young. Pampabata… :)
