I just discovered your podcast site. My wife and I have two adopted children, who are both filippinos, (by birth ancestry). The first, our daughter, was born here in Canada. The second, our son, was born in Quezon city. We adopted him so that our daughter would have a sibling who looks like her !! They both wonderful children and we are trying to find ways to expose the whole family to Filippino language and culture. The biggest language in the Philippines is Tagalog and so it makes sense for us to try to give the kids some exposure to Tagalog. I listened to your podcast about expressions used in raising kids. It was fun. Keep up the good work.

[From Manuel] Thanks, Steve! Perhaps in future podcast episodes, I'll include a couple of children's stories in Tagalog. :-)
