Better Eyesight Without Glasses - Bates Method

I haven't personally tried this no risk, no surgery, no medication approach to better eyesight. What I did try was to form a pinhole using my thumbs and forefingers, and then look through that tiny hole.

I discovered that blurry letter became clearer (though not perfectly clear). Well, you can try it yourself at home. :-)

Now is this foolproof? Of course not. A quick search online shows that some people experienced only transient or temporary results.

My personal goal is to be able to read a lot while minimizing eyestrain.
