How to get in the VIP/Priority Selling Event

Go to the 2nd Floor Lobby Tower One at 9AM, and bring a Reservation Check plus a completely accomplished Reservation Agreement form. The order of priority will be determined by volume.

A starter lot is 602 sqm, and the estimated price is P10.29 million (prices subject to change without prior notice). The Reservation Fee is P100,000 and the downpayment is P1.64 million.

The balance of P8.35 million can be amortized (if financed via a bank loan) for 10 years at P97,000 monthly.
