iBlog6: The Sixth Philippine Blogging Summit

I'm impatiently counting the days until iBlog6, the 6th Philippine Blogging Summit, because that would be a good time to touch base with numerous Pinoy bloggers.

It will run from April 16-17, 2010 at the UP College of Law (Diliman, Quezon City), and as early as today, more than 200 people have registered.

What's so great about such events? Well, things change once you get to meet your favorite bloggers face to face. The interaction goes up to a higher level usually, and... Let's just say you'll feel what I mean after you get there.

You'll gain this sense of bayanihan, because you'll happily find out that there are a lot of Filipino bloggers (estimated at around 300,000) who enjoy helping one another. Whether it's in the form of blog promotion, or support for this or that online contest, or even if it involves finding out the latest news quickly, blogger events will truly be worth your while.

Simply put, man is a social animal. It's not much fun rooting yourself in some dust-free chair in front of your computer for hours on end. It's the social, human interaction that helps enrich your own life experiences, and provides creative excitement to the things you write.
