Did you know that there are "Year of the Ox" incentives for clients looking for Laguna properties (house and lot)?

Effective February 1, 2009, Eton Properties is giving an additional discount of PhP 50,000.00 pesos for Spot Cash buyers and selected payment schemes (for the Island Lots project in Sta. Rosa, Laguna). This special promo runs only for the month of Feb 2009.

Newly opened lots for Eton City clients

Since the early take up of the Island lots in South Lake Village, the company opened its 2 Lots for offering. The Ibiza Island, which is located west of the project has opened 3 Island Lots priced at the P 11 M range, sized at 806, 837, and 876 sqm.

The Bermuda Island has 2 lots for offer at 941 and 961 sqm. respectively. It is priced at P 12 - 13 M range. Other lots in a particular island we're taken by early reservation by the clients or hold temporarily for different accounts. Different lots and sizes are also available. Starting at 450 sqm. up to 1200 sqm.

Next updates will be about our new project in Sta. Rosa area again. The lots will be priced at P 1.7M for a 200 sqm. lot. This will be located within the Eton City location, but targeting more on the mid income families.
