Philippine Real Estate Feb 2009 Updates

Here are some updates and developments in the Philippine real estate industry as of early February 2009.

Construction of The One Archers Place project is in full swing. They're now working on the 5th floor, and the project's targeted completion is May 2010. They're also going full blast this month with the construction of The Belton Place Makati project. The land has also been excavated for the basement parking area.

The South Lake Village Island Lots development are excavating land for the shaping of the islands to be made. The restructuring of the Malitlit river is also in progress for the River Grove area.

The Riverbend project also located inside the Eton City vicinity is still on the preselling stage. Clearing of land will be expected before end of the quarter.
