SMART Reloading ProblemHave you ever tried to load your cell phone with a SMART Buddy reload, but didn't get credited? That's what happened awhile ago with a SMART prepaid account. After scratching off the silver backing and following the instructions, the voice message said that the phone has been loaded (P300), and that a balance inquiry should be made. The problem is, the balance inquiry (via SMS text and via a voice call) revealed that the phone only had a load of PhP 1.00 (What happened to the P300 that was just loaded?) I'll most likely visit the SMART Business Center where the prepaid phone card was purchased, and have them credit the cell phone with the correct load. Who wants to be out P300, right? NOTE: The SMART Pasaload worked well, so I don't understand why a simply prepaid card load did not work.
