YouTube Branding Changes?

I wonder what YouTube is up to these days. Did you notice the changes in branding?

If you've embedded YouTube videos in your sites before, you'll notice a white YouTube logo in the bottom righthand corner of the vid. Nowadays, however, that white logo no longer appears.

Instead, you'll find a tiny YouTube button below the video; right on the flash player controls.

What is YT up to? Are they paving the way for web publishers to brand those vids? This would be a good way to motivate even more people (particularly bloggers with high traffic) to feature more videos on their blogs.

What are you waiting for? Start experimenting and producing videos right away. I'm not saying forget about good old text and images. All I'm saying is that the big players are giving more attention to online video.
