Aweber and Yahoo Mail

Is it just me or is there a love-hate relationship between Aweber and Yahoo?

Aweber offers an email autoresponder service which allows you to automatically send email to your potential clients. They can fill-up a form online with their name and email address, or send a blank email to a special address.

The email autoresponder then automatically sends them (via email) the information they seek.

Wonderful, isn't it? Wonderful, that is, until your prospect uses a Yahoo email account.

I've seen some Yahoo.com email owners receive the Confirmation Email. I've also seen other Yahoo.com email accounts which do not receive any kind of emailed response. Are Yahoo's filters blocking messages from Aweber-powered emails?

I've even tried looking through the Yahoo Bulk mail folder, but nothing appeared there.

What does this bode for the Philippines? Since a LOT of Filipinos use a Yahoo email address, Aweber might not be able to communicate well with Pinoys. While there are newer systems such as GMail, it is quite difficult to convince Filipinos to abandon their old and trusted Yahoo.com account.
