Email Rapid Search
I had to quickly find a report written way back in 2002. Managed to find it in 7 seconds.
I simply logged into GMail, did a quick search for a certain keyword I included in that report, and within a couple of seconds the email was on my screen.
Here are some tips for future reports:
1. Consider creating a text only version of that doc file. Just copy/paste it into the body of an email which you can send to yourself.
2. Type in a keyword at the start of the report, and also in the Subject line of the email. Choose a keyword that is unique enough, but still makes sense.
Never lose an old, archived report again.
