WordPress 2.0.6 Upgrade

Thank you, Abe, for the heads-up regarding the WP 2.0.6 upgrade.

If you have a number of WP-powered blogs, be prepared to spend some time upgrading them each time WordPress.org comes out with a version upgrade.

Thanks to PLDT myDSL, however, I was amazed to see FTP upload speeds of as high as 150 KB/sec (or 1.2 Mbps) using a broadband internet account that usually gives me an upload speed of 30 KB/sec. I'm pleasantly surprised given the damage caused by the Taiwan earthquake and the resulting slow internet connection.

For other WordPress users, be prepared to spend around 7 to 15 minutes upgrading your blogs. Yes, it's boring, but you still have to do it.
