Scan To PDFIf you scan images and prefer to email those in the form of PDF files, here's software you can use. Burrotech's Scan2PDF software (only US$49) helps you save time by integration the scanning and PDF conversion activites. It even comes with an email button to sensibly group together those three activities. The usual way involved creating scans of documents, printing those images using graphics software (while specifying a PDF printer file), and then sending the PDF file to your colleagues via email. That's fine for the occasional scanned document tasks. But keep doing this often and you will quickly tire out (or get bored). If you're in the habit of scanning loads of documents for email to suppliers, prospects or business partners, please consider using an integrated solution such as scan to PDF.
