Video Mixing Online

What's more fun than sharing videos online? Mixing and creating video mash-ups!

After reading Robin Good's Video Editing, Publishing And Remixing Online Is Here, I tried out EyeSpot.com and got excited with the possibilities.

You can share your own video clips and use the video clips that others shared with the EyeSpot community. The shared files also include jpg images and even mp3 sound clips.

This means you can upload a video of your summer vacation, mix-and-match it with other video clips that you don't have (i.e., airplane landing), add in cool music, and voila! You now have your own music video.

Mixing is a breeze as you simply drag videos to a timeline. The same thing applies to mp3 sound files, although I haven't figured out yet how to combine more than two soundtracks.

It would be great, though, if EyeSpot provided direct links to the authors of the shared video clips. That will help motivate people to share their short videos.

Tip: Upload clips no larger than 60 seconds, WMV format.
