PLDT DSL Can't Access Web Sites

I'm unable to visit some web sites via the PLDT myDSL internet connection.

For example, some servers hosted by ASmallOrange (ASO) can't be reached via PLDT DSL. But other sites around the world are able to access those ASO hosted websites.

I requested a trace route from those ASO servers to a PLDT DSL ip address and got this:

traceroute to 124.106.140.114 (124.106.140.114), 30 hops max, 38 byte packets
1 63.247.68.65 (63.247.68.65) 0.537 ms 0.563 ms 0.485 ms
2 core-a.gnax.net (209.51.131.77) 0.360 ms 0.336 ms *
3 209.51.149.106 (209.51.149.106) 0.722 ms 0.341 ms 0.363 ms
4 206.41.25.229 (206.41.25.229) 0.487 ms 0.476 ms 0.489 ms
5 so1-0-0-622M.ar1.CLK1.gblx.net (67.17.75.42) 212.844 ms 212.934 ms 212.828 ms

The highlighted numbers shows that there's a bottleneck somewhere between PLDT and the ASO server. Using SiteUptime.com, it appears that GBLX.net can't be reached. Great. I hope the problem is resolved soon.

For site administrators who are myDSL subscribers: spread your sites across different web host providers. It also helps to have a back-up internet account.
