In Search Of Philippine Web Designers

I'm looking for Philippine-based web designers who can create an artistic yet functional WordPress theme.

We'll be putting up several web sites using WordPress, but we prefer that those sites don't look like just another WordPress blog.

If you can create attractive, CSS-enabled, search engine-friendly web page templates, and turn those into a WordPress Theme (requirement: have as many .PHP files as those in the default Kubrick theme), please contact me and send me a web design Proposal.

(The theme should not rely on any plugins. Please refer to the default Kubrick theme. Also, we'll be using WP version 1.5.2.)
