(Seen in the Ayala Avenue crowd: A foreign couple and their child [riding in a stroller]; several taho vendors.) 3:55PM - EDSA cor Ortigas Ave looks clear (webcam). Helicopters keep flying overhead. 3:53PM - Rallyists marching towards Ayala Ave. in Makati. Blue and red flags. It would be great if mobile bloggers would post photos to their blogs using their cellphones. Too bad, G-Blogs is down. Haven't found any Makati photos in CubeBlog. 3:40PM - NTC meets with cable operators; considering the possibility of government taking over radio stations and preventing the airing of anti-government messages if needed.
