Fix Outlook Reply To AllYou can automatically remove your email address from the list when you "Reply To All" in Outlook. This works like magic in Outlook 2003. Somehow, Outlook can identify which address is yours. If you are using that program but your email address still appears in the "To:" field when you click on "Reply to All", that means you have more than one email address configured in your profile. If your profile shows only one email address, then Outlook will be able to identify who you are. If you're using a different version of Outlook, you can either manually delete or edit the "To" list. Alternatively, you can also use GMail which automatically fixes the "To" list for you. Previous Entry Secondthoughts Index Next Entry
