Ensaimada New YearIt's great to wake up on New Year's Day with ensaimada and chocolate. Pinoys enjoy eating ensaimada on Christmas eve, but since it's hard to finish all these right away, you're bound to have some leftover in early January. ![]() You simply have to try hot chocolate (pronounced: cho-co-lat-te) and ensaimada for that truly Pinoy Christmas and New Year experience. If it rains on January 12,then December will be a rainy month.) Previous Entry Secondthoughts Index Next Entry
