Blogging For FarmersIt's not the farmers who'll do the blogging. Jim Paul writes in University of Illinois begins blogging for farmers: "The Internet provides farmers a wealth of information on crop marketing, financial management and dealing with crop diseases. But on a busy farm, surfing the Web takes too much time to find useful information." The Philippine government is setting up municipal e-centers. No, we cannot expect our busy farmers to enter the blogosphere (what for, right?). Neither can we expect them to blindly surf the web searching for useful information. Perhaps CICT can set-up a research team of bloggers who will build focused Squidoo lenses or web sites, that will provide readable chunks of useful information for our farmers.
