If you're using Flash, please check if you have the upgraded, secure version.

Check your version and if it is not version 8.0.22.0 then please download and install the latest version.

Macromedia Security Bulletin: MPSB05-07 Flash Player 7 Improper Memory Access Vulnerability basically says that some third parties could insert code which the Flash player may execute.

If you're running WindowsXP and are logged in as an Administrator while surfing the web or while viewing flash files (i.e., videos, cutesy email forwarded presentations), then please upgrade today.
