Management Seminars for SMEs

If you're a Filipino entrepreneur or SME (small- to medium-scale enterprise), you might be interested in these management seminars coming this September to November 2005.

The Academy for Management Development (AMD), a group of learning practitioners and management professionals committed to continuing management education, in cooperation with ENTREPRENEUR MAGAZINE, will be conducting the first of several series of management seminars specifically tailored for owners and managers of growing businesses. This seminar series aims to provide practical knowledge and skills in management for those who find themselves needing to expand or professionalize their businesses.

There will be six seminar topics from SEPTEMBER to NOVEMBER, as follows:

SEPTEMBER:

2. Techniques in Strategic Business Planning: Bringing Your Business to the Next Level (29 & 30)

OCTOBER:
1. Techniques in Growing Your Market: Marketing for Organic Revenue Growth (6 & 7)
2. Fundamentals of Managerial Accounting: The Meaning Behind Your Financial Statements (20 & 21)

NOVEMBER:
1. Techniques on Raising Capital and Managing Credit: Being Smart About Money (10 & 11)
2. Managing Stress Levels at Work: The Art of Positive Panicking (18 & 25).

It will be held on various dates at the YUCHENGCO INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED STUDIES / DE LA SALLE GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, 5/F RCBC Tower 2, Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
